Hatcher Insurance Expands Jacksonville Presence With Addition of John J. Keitzer
Jacksonville-based leader brings operating, advisory and value-creation experience to support Hatcher’s growth across Northeast Florida
Jacksonville, Fla. — Hatcher Insurance announced that John J. Keitzer has joined the firm as Commercial Risk Executive, further strengthening Hatcher’s presence in the Jacksonville market and supporting the firm’s continued growth across North Florida. Hatcher is an Orlando, Florida-based insurance brokerage firm offering property and casualty, surety bonding, employee benefits and personal insurance.
In this role, Keitzer will focus on expanding middle-market and private family office relationships, while deepening the firm’s M&A advisory practice. His work will emphasize helping clients structure risk programs that align with growth, transaction activity and long-term enterprise value creation.
Keitzer brings an operator’s perspective to commercial risk advisory, with experience in COO and CEO roles, along with advisory and operating leadership work across multiple organizations. His background includes Sporting Club Jacksonville, HAK Advisors and Caplin Ventures.

A Jacksonville resident, Keitzer holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Florida State University.
