Hatcher Insurance Group Welcomes Gavin Smalley

Hatcher Insurance Group is pleased to welcome Gavin Smalley to the team as a Producer in Training.

Gavin joined Hatcher after graduating from Florida State University and is building a foundation in the insurance industry through the firm’s Producer Training Program. In this role, he is gaining exposure to the insurance and risk management field while learning from experienced professionals across the organization.

Before joining Hatcher, Gavin worked in retail, hospitality, sales and mortgage-related roles, experiences that helped shape his communication skills and interest in building professional relationships. He is focused on expanding his industry knowledge and supporting Hatcher’s commitment to helping clients navigate risk and make informed decisions.
