Grant began his insurance career as an intern at All Risks before moving to a nationally recognized wholesale brokerage firm, Ryan Specialty, where he worked for 4 ½ years. After a short stint at Gallagher Insurance as an Area Assistant Vice President, Grant realized his passion was on the Agency side of the business. At Hatcher Insurance, Grant utilizes the vast network he developed while working in wholesale brokerage as well as the connections and relationships he has established over the years of living in Central Florida for nearly 30 years.
Grant specializes in the commercial lines market and is passionate about helping business owners promote their businesses.
His objective is to provide a long-term partnership: understanding the needs each customer has today and growing with each customer to meet their future needs. He focuses is making sure these businesses have insurance solutions that are a part of the company’s strategic growth plan.
Grant is currently a member of the Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA) and the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association (FRLA).
Grant is a graduate of the University of Mississippi. He currently resides in Maitland with his wife, Natalie, and their dog, Wally.
