At Hatcher Insurance, Ashley leverages 15 years of experience in employee benefits. She began her career in the administration department of a large benefits brokerage firm, where she transitioned into Employee Benefits by joining the Technology Resources team, gaining extensive knowledge in Benefits Administration. She later joined the marketing team, quickly excelling in her role and eventually becoming the marketing team lead. Ashley then skillfully managed a book of business with over 35 clients, overseeing marketing, benefits administration, and service to ensure their needs were met with precision and care.
Ashley is passionate about empowering clients and their team members, helping them gain a deep understanding and confidence in their benefits programs. Her approach is rooted in honesty, empathy, and dedication, and she fosters client relationships built on trust and satisfaction.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and three young children at the baseball field, cherishing these special moments.
